'Surgeon Time' is calculated by time of last stitch - time of ‘knife to skin’

'Theatre Time' is calculated by (time of Procedure Start - time in OR) + (time out OR - Procedure end) note: if no procedure end will use last stitch.

'Other Operating Time' is calculated by (time of knife to skin - time of Procedure Start) + (time of procedure end - time out OR) note: if no procedure end this will be 0.

'Other Time' is the time within the session that is outside of wheels in / wheels out. E.g., Late start, early finish, changeover time.
