The Complex Patient Escalation List can be used to increase visibility of complex patients to support Care team planning. Patients can be added to the list by using the Admitted Patient Register as the central inpatient source and then assigning these patients to the list using the simple Yes/No drop down option. Once a patient is added please press save to hold the selections. Patients should then appear in the escalation list.
