The Outpatients Wait Times component provides an analysis of patient waiting times at time seen at a specialty, doctor and clinic level to understand the variations of median wait times over a rolling 12 month time period. Hovering over the box and whisker chart provides an analysis of the Distribution of Treated Waiting Times that includes the total number of patients treated, the minimum days wait, the 25th percentile days wait, the 25th percentile to median days wait, the median days wait, the median to 75th percentile days wait, the 75th percentile days wait and the maximum days wait.

The red line in the charts indicates the selected Category's clinically recommended wait time (30 days for Category 1, 90 days for Category 2 and 365 days for Category 3).

Clicking on a Doctor or Clinic in the relevant Distribution of Treated Waiting Times charts will provide further analysis on the Treated Waiting Times by Wait Days for these selections.
