The Trends component gives you the option of applying a specialty filter which will update the charts to show the trend of patients awaiting an operation over the last 12 months (blue series line). The waiting list by category chart will give you the total number of patients who are currently on the waiting list (booked and unbooked), this total can be broken down by category by hovering over each colour the bar within the chart.
