NRFC stands for Not Ready for Care. Patients can be NRFC for personal reasons (for example, on holidays at time of the appointment), a medical reason (for example, recent cardiac event) or because they require a staged appointment (for example, receive Ophthalmology examination prior to Neurology appointment).
