What does ‘P’ and ‘H’ refer to in the Treating Clinician Allocation Type field? - Academy
The data in the Treating Clinician component is presented in a format to allow end users to see if the patient was seen by the selected clinician as the primary clinician (P), or whether the patient was handed over to the selected clinician after a primary workup by an additional clinician, as part of a clinical hand-over (H).
