What is the definition of a waiting list removal? - Academy
A list of instances where a referral can be removed from the waiting list include:
- Patient is seen in a clinic
- Patient is removed from the waiting list after a clinical or administration audit
- Patient elects to be removed from the waitlist (treatment no longer required, moved location, seeking private treatment etc.)
- Patient passes away.
