A list of instances where a referral can be removed from the waiting list include:

• Patient is seen in a clinic
• Patient is removed from the waiting list after a clinical or administration audit
• Patient elects to be removed from the waitlist (treatment no longer required, moved location, seeking private treatment etc.)
• Patient passes away.
