Within the Trends component, use the filters to select the specialty you wish to see. The Average Demand vs Capacity by Doctor chart shows the demand, capacity and the the balance for each surgeon within the specialty. Surgeons who do not have enough sessions allocated to treat each of their patients in time per week will have a red balance. When you hover over this bar a panel will show you how much surplus operating sessions they have.
